  • 1 box Pistachio Instant Pudding
  • 20 ounce Crushed Pineapple undrained
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping such as Cool Whip

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Mix well.
  • Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows, chopped pecans, and whipped topping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

This salad is best served chilled. You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
