Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer.
Stir in cherry tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve immediately over pasta or rice.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes. You can also add other vegetables, such as zucchini or bell peppers.
