  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in cherry tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Serve immediately over pasta or rice.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes. You can also add other vegetables, such as zucchini or bell peppers.
