Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, drained noodles, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the top.
In a small bowl, combine crushed butter crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole is delicious served with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
