  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Canned, drained
  • 1 cup Bell pepper Diced
  • 0.5 cup Onion Diced

Preparation Steps

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dredge in flour.
  • Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
  • Fry chicken until golden brown.
  • In a separate pan, sauté onions and bell peppers. Add pineapple chunks.
  • Pour sweet and sour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Simmer until heated through.
