- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks Canned, drained
- 1 cup Bell pepper Diced
- 0.5 cup Onion Diced
Preparation Steps
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dredge in flour.
Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
Fry chicken until golden brown.
In a separate pan, sauté onions and bell peppers. Add pineapple chunks.
Pour sweet and sour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Simmer until heated through.
