  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated

Preparation Steps

  • Cook orzo according to package directions.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked orzo and vegetable broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and serve.
