Preparation Steps
Slice chicken breast into thin strips.
Wash and chop bok choy.
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add bok choy and soy sauce. Stir-fry until bok choy is wilted but still crisp.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
