  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 bunch Bok choy
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Preparation Steps

  • Slice chicken breast into thin strips.
  • Wash and chop bok choy.
  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add bok choy and soy sauce. Stir-fry until bok choy is wilted but still crisp.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
