Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook vermicelli noodles according to package directions.
Prepare the filling by combining cooked noodles, shredded carrots, lettuce, mint, and cilantro.
Dip each rice paper wrapper briefly in warm water to soften.
Place a portion of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
Serve immediately with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
