Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
