  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 8 ounces Linguine pasta
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
