  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces Pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 ounces Burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  • Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Remove from heat and stir in burrata cheese and fresh basil.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of butter to the pasta before serving.
