Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
Remove from heat and stir in burrata cheese and fresh basil.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of butter to the pasta before serving.
