  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 1 cup Pasta sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Brown sausage in a large skillet; remove and set aside.
  • Add onion and bell pepper to skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Add pasta sauce and sausage; heat through.
  • Serve over pasta.
