Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss butternut squash, onion, garlic, sage, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the roasted butternut squash mixture to the skillet with the sausage. Stir to combine and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve hot.
