  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Place patties in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes

Serve hot with mashed potatoes and gravy.
