  • 12 pieces slider rolls split in half horizontally
  • 0.5 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 0.25 pound provolone cheese slices
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon poppy seeds optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the bottom halves of the slider rolls in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer the roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the roast beef for each slider.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top halves of the slider rolls.
  • Sprinkle poppy seeds over the buttered tops, if desired.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls onto the sliders.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

These sliders are best served warm. You can add other toppings like caramelized onions or horseradish sauce if desired.
