  • 1 pound Beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sliced onions
  • 0.5 cup Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned.
  • Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened.
  • Stir in beef broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Stir in provolone cheese until melted.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
