Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin steak
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup Green bell pepper
  • 8 oz Provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the steak and onions until the beef is browned and the onions are tender.
  • Stir in the green pepper; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Unroll pie crusts. Cut each into 6 equal rounds.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each round. Top with a slice of cheese.
  • Fold dough over filling to form a ball. Pinch edges tightly to seal.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
