Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the steak and onions until the beef is browned and the onions are tender.
Stir in the green pepper; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Unroll pie crusts. Cut each into 6 equal rounds.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each round. Top with a slice of cheese.
Fold dough over filling to form a ball. Pinch edges tightly to seal.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
