  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak
  • 1 cup Sliced Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced Onion
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 count Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil

Preparation Steps

  • Slice the steak thinly against the grain. Saute in a pan with the onions and peppers until the steak is cooked to your liking.
  • Stir in the cheese until melted.
  • Place a spoonful of the steak mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and roll it up.
  • Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
