Instructions
Preparation Steps
Slice the steak thinly against the grain. Saute in a pan with the onions and peppers until the steak is cooked to your liking.
Stir in the cheese until melted.
Place a spoonful of the steak mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and roll it up.
Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately.
