  • 1 cup Pesto
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread pesto evenly over them.
  • Arrange cherry tomatoes and broccoli florets around the chicken.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
