Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the orange zest and juice.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place the cookies on ungreased baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
