Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired, before serving.
Notes
This pie is best served cold. You can make it a day in advance.
