  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix, au jus gravy mix, and pepperoncini peppers evenly over the roast.
  • Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender.
  • Shred the roast with two forks and serve.
