  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add 2 cups of water or broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.
