In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Gently mix until just combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
