  • 0.5 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Food Coloring
  • 1 teaspoon Flavor Extract (Vanilla, etc.)
  • 12 count Lollipop Sticks

Preparation Steps

  • Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
  • Continue boiling without stirring until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C) on a candy thermometer.
  • Remove from heat and stir in food coloring and flavor extract.
  • Pour small amounts of the mixture onto parchment paper, insert lollipop sticks, and let cool completely.

Notes

Store lollipops in an airtight container at room temperature.
