Preparation Steps
Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Continue boiling without stirring until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in food coloring and flavor extract.
Pour small amounts of the mixture onto parchment paper, insert lollipop sticks, and let cool completely.
Notes
Store lollipops in an airtight container at room temperature.
