Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
