Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, coconut, and melted butter. Press into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, and lemon zest.
Pour lemon mixture over the crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
