  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  • Stir in orzo, chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until orzo is cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
