Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking pan.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of prepared pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
Spread cheesecake filling over crust.
Whisk together key lime juice, sugar, egg yolks, and melted butter. Pour over cheesecake filling.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftover bars in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
