  • 1 lb Beef sirloin
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Preparation Steps

  • Slice beef thinly against the grain. Marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  • Stir-fry beef in hot oil until browned. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Pour into the stir-fry and cook until sauce thickens.

Notes

Serve hot over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
