Preparation Steps
Slice beef thinly against the grain. Marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry beef in hot oil until browned. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Pour into the stir-fry and cook until sauce thickens.
Notes
