  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Preparation Steps

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Stir-fry the chicken in sesame oil until cooked through.
  • Add the broccoli and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
