Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut cod fillets into strips.
Whisk egg in a bowl. In another bowl, place breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Dip each fish strip in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place fish sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
