  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut cod fillets into strips.
  • Whisk egg in a bowl. In another bowl, place breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each fish strip in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Place fish sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
