Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Notes
Can be made ahead and baked the next morning. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
