  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.

Notes

Can be made ahead and baked the next morning. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
