  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups cooked white rice
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
