Preparation Steps
Hard-boil the eggs. Once cool, peel and halve them lengthwise.
Scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
Mash the avocado and mix in lime juice, salt, cumin, and cilantro.
Add the mashed yolks to the avocado mixture and mix well.
Spoon the guacamole mixture into the egg whites.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
