  • 0.25 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro

Preparation Steps

  • Hard-boil eggs. Once cool, peel and cut in half lengthwise.
  • In a bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, cumin, and cilantro.
  • Spoon guacamole mixture into egg whites.

Serve immediately or chill for later. Garnish with paprika or chopped red onion if desired.
