  • 1 can whole kernel corn 15 oz, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 package cornbread mix 8.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, cream of mushroom soup, cornbread mix, milk, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. If using cheese, sprinkle it evenly over the top.

  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
