Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook salmon over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from skillet and flake.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add cooked orzo and flaked salmon to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
