  • 3 lbs Corned Beef Brisket
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 packet Seasoning Packet (from Corned Beef)
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 2 carrots Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Place corned beef brisket in the Instant Pot. Add water, seasoning packet, onion, carrots, and celery.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 30 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
  • Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot and slice thinly against the grain.
  • Serve and enjoy!
