Preparation Steps
Place corned beef brisket in the Instant Pot. Add water, seasoning packet, onion, carrots, and celery.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 30 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot and slice thinly against the grain.
Serve and enjoy!
