Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot or Dutch oven, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add coconut milk, chicken broth, vegetable broth and lime juice. Bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
