Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs with an electric mixer until frothy. Add cream of tartar and salt; beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Drop spoonfuls of meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cloud.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
