  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Notes

For chewier cookies, underbake them slightly. For crispier cookies, bake a minute or two longer.
