Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
