Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add oil, eggs, and vanilla; beat until well combined.
Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar until coated.
Place balls onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
