  • 2 medium Apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
  • Add sliced apples to the skillet. Pour chicken broth over chicken and apples.
  • Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and apples are tender.
