Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the chicken mixture, then top with half of the diced tomatoes, and half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining chicken, tomatoes, and cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
Serve with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
