  • 1.5 lbs Ground Chicken
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes undrained
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the chicken mixture, then top with half of the diced tomatoes, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Repeat layers with remaining chicken, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

Serve with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
