  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Biscuit dough

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook chicken and chop into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, sauté carrots and celery until softened.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add chicken, peas, salt, and pepper. Simmer until heated through.
  • Top with biscuit dough and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
