- 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 cup Biscuit dough
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook chicken and chop into bite sized pieces.
In a large oven-safe skillet, sauté carrots and celery until softened.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
