  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces Sliced ham
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally. Place a slice of ham and swiss cheese on each chicken breast half.
  • Fold chicken over filling to enclose. Secure with toothpicks.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, alfredo sauce, and milk. Stir to coat.
  • Pour pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with chicken cordon bleu and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
