  • 6 cups Chex cereal (Rice, Wheat, or Corn)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Preparation Steps

  • Combine Chex cereal, peanut butter, brown sugar, butterscotch chips, and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
  • Stir in melted butter until well combined.
  • Press mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftover Chex bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
