Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Combine oats, carrots, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, egg, and maple syrup.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
