  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Combine oats, carrots, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, egg, and maple syrup.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
