  • 1 large egg at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Notes

This dip is best served chilled or at room temperature. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes to soften.
